Mark Lancaster established himself early on in the Midwest Acid House scene through his tru-to-skool dj sets showcasing the hard, grinding sound of distorted TB-303s and DrumComputers that came to be popularized by labels like Drop Bass Network and Communique' Records. To those of us who came of age in the pulsing womb of this sound, getting your hands on a 303 and making her squeal was the dominant desire. This is just what Mark did.
