Looks like Heckadecimal went and made himself something all-too infrequent in electronic music, a live album. Regularly kicking out the best live electronic music in the Midwest, his sound ranges from laid-back, funky and shuffly jamz to somewhat disquieting and frantic interludes the leaves one reeling. Hunkered over a series of analog synths, elderly modified drum machines, and pulsating LEDs, he twiddles himself into concentrated pocket of sonic overtures. His latest output, Live at Parse, was recorded in mid-September at Cepia's Parse night in Minneapolis and is presented here verbatim as it was when it got pushed through the speaker cones...enjoy!
